This page is basically to explain about my portfolio design. In simple it is documentation on the design for my portfolio. The portfolio design includes the sketches, layout, charts and structure on the design process for my website portfolio. The design process also contains the images of my website while developing it. The design process is basically to help me and give me a rough idea on how my website portfolio will look.

I have developed a number of websites but those were all done as college assignment. So in reality I have never build a website portfolio for myself even though i have developed websites. Even though I was bit uncomfortable with using hotglue due to numerous restrictions and limitation, it was really engaging to build a website portfolio for myself, like I had said earlier that I had never build a web portfolio. That was why it motivated me to build a proper web portfolio even though I was uncomfortable with using hotglue due to its limitation.

Sketches, Layout & Charts:-

The above two diagrams are the sketches on the structure chart on my website portfolio design and the explain on the things that I will use to develop my portfolio. Like what font-family I will use and the colour choices and also explaining how the buttons will look, etc.

The diagram on the left is the wireframe sketch for my website porfolio.

The wireframe or you can say mind-map for things that would be included in the website portfolio for each projects and pages.

The diagram on the right is the sketch flow chart that is displaying how my website portfolio pages will be linked and how it will work and how many pages will there be.

The above two images are the screenshot of my web portfolio designs which I did not like, especially the design 1. It is because it was my first time using hotglue and while trying to develop my web portfolio it did not look suitable (standard of the design) as it was so simple, like school kid who just made the portfolio for fun. The design 2 was good but I thought it would be difficult to navigate properly as it had the six button option and once you clicked on the any of the button it would go to either of one page and the problem would arise here. It would be to think of a button and where to place it so that it will have a good impression on other people who will visit my portfolio and navigate back to the home page and other page easily without any problem. So this was the reason why I did not use the design 2

The image on the right is the screenshot of the evaluation of my hotglue page. I have tested my hotglue on various browsers on various platform. I have put the result on the right side to show the testing phrase to my hotglue.
